Please read these terms carefully before booking your travel with us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and utilizing our booking services for cars, tourist buses, or curated travel packages, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms, conditions, and notices detailed below. If you disagree with any portion of these conditions, please do not proceed with your booking.
2. Booking and Vehicle Allocation
We aim to provide you with the exact vehicle class or package requested during selection. However, please note the following policies regarding vehicle logistics:
- Vehicles are allocated based on dynamic availability at the scheduled journey slot.
- In scenarios of mechanical fault or unforeseen logistical limits, Vihari Travels reserves the right to replace your selected model with an equivalent substitute category.
- The primary passenger must produce valid government-issued documentation (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driving License) prior to boarding.
3. Payments and Tariff Framework
All billing operations must be processed transparently via our configured payment channels or direct banking lines:
- An upfront token advance is mandatory to secure confirmed bookings for outstation routes and long-duration tour allocations.
- Quoted tariffs exclude toll taxes, state permit border levies, parking fees, and driver night allowances unless explicitly highlighted within the tour itinerary invoice.
- Any modifications to the route plan during active transit will cause real-time recalculations matching our standard per-kilometer baseline rates.
4. Passenger Responsibilities & Conduct
To preserve travel schedule tracking, drivers and passengers are expected to cooperate on the following standard framework rules:
- Reporting delays exceeding 30 minutes at pickup addresses without notice may result in booking cancellation or extra waiting time charges.
- The transport of illegal contraband, hazardous materials, or explosive elements under Indian transportation laws is strictly forbidden.
- Passengers are entirely accountable for their baggage and private assets. Vihari Travels assumes no liability for misplaced valuables inside transit cabins.
NOTE: Any intentional structural harm or deep interior damage caused to the vehicle chassis or upholstery by passengers will incur immediate repair penalty charges.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vihari Travels remains committed to ensuring safe transit across all operations. However, we assume no monetary or physical liability for trip disruptions, delays, or cost changes emerging from events of Force Majeure—including extreme weather conditions, unexpected traffic congestion, breakdowns, localized protests, national state border blockades, or governmental policy revisions.

These operational Terms and Conditions are managed matching the legal codes of the State of Andhra Pradesh, India.
