1. Overview

At Vihari Travels, we understand that travel plans can shift unexpectedly. To keep our fleet logistically balanced and ensure fairness to our operational staff and drivers, cancellations are governed by clear, structured timelines based on how close they are to the departure slot.

2. Cancellation Timeline & Fees

Deduction margins depend strictly on the point in time your formal cancellation request is processed via our portal:

3. Refund Settlement Process

Once a cancellation is confirmed by our support desk, payment adjustments move according to standard banking protocols:

  • All approved refunds are auto-credited back to the source account (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) used during purchase.
  • The financial settlement window takes approximately 5 to 7 operational banking days to reflect in your statement.
  • Vihari Travels cannot process immediate cash payouts for online transactional cancellations.

4. Operational & Force Majeure Cancellations

On rare occasions, transport tracks face constraints beyond human control. Our response layout is structured as follows:

  • If Vihari Travels cancels a schedule due to a critical vehicle breakdown or layout issue, a 100% full alternate vehicle placement or complete fare refund will be initialized promptly.
  • We cannot offer refunds or assume compensation liability for disruptions triggered by natural acts, road blockades, unexpected floods, political bandhs, or sudden regional safety restrictions.

USER NOTE: Standard convenience transaction processing fees levied by integrated digital payment gateways are completely non-refundable and are deducted from the final payout figure.

5. Submitting a Claim

To submit a formal request, log in to your active profile on our domain or send your explicit route booking slip ID to our customer care channel. Claims are prioritized matching the receipt time stamp of the digital system log.
